JHOOM 2008

JHOOM 2008 - The GRAND event presented the THE FESTIVALS OF INDIA in an extravagant way

Jhoom 2008, in addition to be a fun filled event also helped raise funds
for “The San Jose Firefighters Burn Foundation“, a 501C3 non-profit
organization.

THE EVENT WAS A HUGE SUCCESS, BRINGING TOGETHER THE EVERGREEN COMMUNITY IN CELEBRATING THE FESTIVALS OF INDIA IN THE MOST COLORFUL AND ENERGETIC DISPLAY OF DANCE AND STAGE PERFORMANCES – AN EVENT FOR ALL TO REMEMBER ……

I really enjoyed the events. I actually had tears in my eyes after the dances of India number. I really missed India at that time. Sometimes we look at our day to day lives and feel wow! we are so lucky, we don’t have pollution, traffic etc etc to deal with. But yesterday’s event reminded me how much India has and what we don’t realize in our day to day lives.
